Vara is a new rental development ideally located in the heart of Downtown Surrey, nestled between Surrey City Centre and Guildford Mall. This vibrant and multicultural neighbourhood is a growing hub of urban energy, with diverse shops, restaurants, and cultural venues. With nearby institutions like Simon Fraser University’s Surrey campus, Vara offers modern living spaces that embrace the area’s dynamic spirit, celebrating diversity and fostering a strong sense of community connection.
Brand Strategy
We developed the brand strategy for Vara by building on the existing name and vision, refining the brand’s positioning, personality, and voice. Our work focused on capturing the spirit of modern urban living in Surrey - highlighting community, culture, and connection through thoughtful messaging and brand tone.
Print & Digital Applications
The design system uses a clean, contemporary layout, paired with expressive colour accents and bold typography to ensure consistency and impact across formats — whether in print, on screen, or in motion.
