Oasis, the second phase, introduces resort-style living with an impressive 30,000 sq ft Club Oasis wellness centre. Adjacent to Oasis, Circle offers boutique, wellness-focused homes with premium finishes and access to exclusive amenities — all just steps from Brentwood Town Centre and transit.

Throughout our branding work for Oasis, the palm leaf emerged as a defining motif — its soft, organic form evoking a sense of calm and escape, perfectly aligned with Oasis’s identity as a resort-inspired retreat.
For Circle, the next chapter in the Concord Brentwood community, the visual language evolved to reflect a more refined and tranquil tone: a water-inspired gradient, soft sand textures, and minimal linework conveyed balance, flow, and quiet sophistication — complementing the wellness-focused spirit of this boutique offering.
